It remains unclear, how the two guys from Prenzlau: Andreas Wolff and Robert Stolt came up with the name Tagträumer², one thing is for sure though – the name perfectly fits to the them and their music.
For the entire duration of producing their style of music is subject to a progressive development process. While Robert initially displayed a very much tech-house coined style, Andreas’ first records can rather be counted as Latin house.
Being on stage they seem like a permanently reformatting symbiosis following the musical affinity of their audience, instead of imposing it on them.
This ability to emotionally reach people through incisive sounds very soon was discovered by an international music scene.
Their first gigs were given in the studio ‘Le Bateau’ in Rotterdam in 2004, which was not to be the last.
As one of the first, the legendary techno club Tresor spotted their unique music style and lend itself to a continuous arena in 2004.
Shortly after, various gigs in the Warsaw club scene followed.
Due to a permanent demand, ‘Tagträumer²’ were signed at the Berlin Booking agency and label ‘BlackFoxMusic’ and henceforth consolidate their international position.
Regarding the release of their first record “Capisce” the musical output currently moves towards electro-house and breakbeat. In combination with felicitous remixes of Ampere and Smacs & Patrick Kong to the bonus track “Quelle Belle Epoche” this provides a perfect insight to the rich musical development of the inveterated dj-team.
Wherever their music will take them, the two down-home guys won’t disregard their roots and still love to rock their neighbourhood in Prenzlau every now and then.

Es ist nicht bekannt, wie die zwei Prenzlauer Jungs Andreas Wolff und Robert Stolt auf den Namen Tagträumer² kamen, einzig sicher ist, dass der Name perfekt zu den beiden und ihrer Musik passt.
Über den gesamten Zeitraum ihres Schaffens hinweg unterliegt ihr Musikstil einem progressiven Entwicklungsprozess. Während Robert zu Anfang einen sehr Tech-House geprägten Stil an den Tag legte, waren Andreas’ erste Platten im Stile des Latin House definiert.
Bei Auftritten wirken sie wie eine sich ständig neu formierende Symbiose der musikalischen Neigung des Publikums folgend, anstatt ihnen etwas aufdrängen zu wollen.
Dieses Können, die Menschen mit ihren prägnanten Klängen emotional zu erreichen, entdeckte sehr bald die internationale Musiklandschaft für sich.
Ihren ersten Auftritt im Ausland verzeichneten sie 2004 im Studio Le Bateau in Rotterdam, welches nicht ihr letzter bleiben sollte.
Nicht zuletzt erkannte der legendäre Techno Club Tresor deren einzigartigen Musikstil und bot sich ab 2004 regelmäßig als Arena an.
Kurze Zeit später ging es mit diversen Auswärts-Gigs in der Warschauer Clubszene weiter.
Aufgrund der stetig wachsenden Nachfrage, stehen Tagträumer seit Juni 2005 bei der Berliner Booking Agentur und Label BlackFoxMusic unter Vertrag und festigen sich fortan ihren Weg auf internationalem Terrain.
Zurzeit bewegt sich ihr musikalischer Output mit dem Release ihrer ersten Platte „Capisce“ in Richtung Electro-House und Breakbeat, welche mit gelungenen Remixen von Ampere und von Smacs & Patrick Kong zu Tagträumers Bonus Track „Quelle Belle Epoche“ einen perfekten Einblick in die reichhaltige musikalische Entwicklung des eingefleischten Dj-Teams verschafft.
Doch wohin auch immer es sie mit ihrer Musik verschlagen wird, die beiden bodenständigen Jungs verkennen den Ursprung ihrer Wurzeln nicht und rocken immer wieder gerne zusammen mit der Prenzlauer Nachbarschaft.
